All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below.
Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from date of receipt. Refunds and exchange is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.
Several types of goods are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to books, baby products, teethers, musical instruments etc. All clearance items may not come in mint condition and are strictly non-refundable.
Used and damaged items due to wear and tear are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable - there are no exceptions to this.
In the event that the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item, or receive a refund on the purchase (if refund policy below is met). For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value. Gift cards, coupons or third party merchants' vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind or to any other vouchers.
A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Refund to original payment mode and exchange is permitted. Strictly no cash refund is allowed for any online purchase.
A refund will be process if your item is out-of-stock or you may choose to wait for the next available shipment. We are able to process partial refund on your order if your refund request is approved. Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable. All exchanges or refunds can only be done at LittleShop store or by emailing email@example.com. LittleShop reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the requirements are not met. In case of dispute, LittleShop will have the right to make the final decision with no exceptions.
