Quick answers about LittleShop, Singapore's online toy shop for curious kids aged 3 to 12.
What is LittleShop?
LittleShop (littleshop.toys) is an online toy shop in Singapore run by Kids Village Asia Pte. Ltd., a Singapore toy importer and distributor. We sell building, STEM, craft and family-game toys for children aged 3 to 12, from brands including Teifoc, Eitech, Matador, Paper Engine, makedo, Avenir, Bigjigs and New Classic Toys.
Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
No. LittleShop is online only and our warehouse is not open to the public.
How fast is delivery in Singapore?
Orders completed and paid before 12pm (Singapore time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Local courier delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days. Weekends and public holidays are not working days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery in Singapore is free on orders of S$50 and above, and S$4.50 below that. Delivery to Malaysia is free on orders of RM350 and above; otherwise rates depend on weight. A surcharge may apply for Jurong Island and Sentosa.
Do you ship to Malaysia and overseas?
Yes. We ship to Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, China and much of Southeast Asia by tracked courier, usually within 3 to 12 working days. International orders ship on DAP terms, so any import duties are paid by the customer.
Are your toys safe and genuine?
Yes. We source directly from the brands or their authorised distributors, and our toys meet the EN71 European toy-safety standard. Age guidance is shown on every product.
Which toys suit which age?
Shop by age: 3 to 5, 6 to 8, 8 and up, or baby and toddler. For STEM and engineering, start with Build & Engineer; for craft, Make & Create.
Where can I buy NeeDoh?
NeeDoh has its own official Singapore store: needoh.sg, also run by Kids Village Asia. All NeeDoh restocks and new releases are sold there.
What is your return policy?
Faulty, damaged or wrong items: email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund, including delivery. Change of mind: return within 7 days if the item is unopened and in its sealed packaging; return delivery is at your cost. Baby products, teethers, books and plush toys can't be returned for hygiene reasons, and clearance items are final sale. See our returns policy.
